Shipping and Packaging

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Our Domestic Shipping rate is $7.50.  

You will be notified when your order ships and provided with a tracking number.  Once you receive ship notification, you can expect your order within approximately 4-7 business days.  Select US locations such as Hawaii may take longer.

To determine specifically when your order will arrive, you can use the provided tracking information.

Expedited shipping options are available.

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via USPS with your choice of First Class or Priority Mail.  

You will be notified when your order ships.  Most packages arrive 1-3 weeks after shipping, but delivery times vary by country.

We are unable to track an order shipped via First Class International mail once it leaves the US and there is no delivery confirmation or insurance available.  Please choose Priority mail if tracking is important to you.  The Lean Out Method is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged during shipping.

Customs, Excises and Taxes

Please note that you are responsible for your country’s customs declarations, duties, excises, taxes, or other associated fees. If your country applies these taxes and/or excises, it is your responsibility to be aware of them in advance. Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days – please take this into account when placing an order.

The Lean Out Method reports the full value of the items purchased on all Custom’s Declaration forms.
