If it's not right for you right now, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided that the planner is still in the condition it was received in, with no writing or damage, and in its original packaging.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received or email us directly at email@example.com and include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return
- You will receive an email response within 24 hours that includes an order return number and further instructions for processing your return
REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges and return shipping charges unless the planner arrives damaged and in unusable condition which is extremely rare. In the case of damage, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to you.
We recommend shipping via media mail if you want to keep the shipping costs low. If you want a fast return on your purchase, ship via priority mail but note that the shipping charges are 2-3x higher.
MAILING YOUR RETURN
Please note that in order to receive a refund, planners must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in unused condition. Otherwise we regret that we will not be able to accept it for refund.
Please take care with unpacking and repacking your planner. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit so we recommend that you insure your package and retain proof of insurance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. It may take one full billing cycle to see the credit appear on your credit card statement.
You will be notified as soon as your return is processed.
